Frequently Asked Questions about Therapy Services

What is the investment?

We recognize that therapy is an investment of time, money, and effort as you pursue healing and peace in your life. Our clinicians accept private pay and fees range from $130-$195 per session. Please contact a clinician to inquire about their fee pricing and available sliding scales.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not work directly with any insurance companies but we do provide super-bills for potential reimbursement. Super-bills are receipts for sessions that list insurance specific information in order for you to submit a claim. If you would like to receive super-bills to seek out potential reimbursement please let your therapist know as you get started.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

Currently two of our therapists offer in-person sessions (Camarillo and Simi Valley) and all four offer tele-health for those in California.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 45 minutes long and it is usually encouraged to start sessions with regularity (weekly) if possible, but it is up to you to discuss with your therapist a schedule that works for your budget and availability.

How many sessions should I plan on?

The healing journey is very much tailored to your needs as you address presenting issues, symptoms, and underlying wounds. Therapists typically cannot guarantee how long the therapy process will be but it is something that you can continue to check in with your therapist about as you begin working together.

Do you have to be Catholic to receive therapy services?

Therapy services are available to anyone, regardless of faith background!

How do your clinicians integrate faith into the healing process?

Our clinicians have a Catholic anthropology in understanding the human person and strive to integrate the faith within the preferences and needs of the client. Clinicians aim to assess client goals and desires for approaching healing from a Catholic perspective and it is encouraged to discuss with your therapist how you are wanting to incorporate your faith and faith practices in your sessions.
