This is just really good info! I have been diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, depression, panic disorder, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and a few more things. I am 59 years old and have just learned about the vagus nerve for the first time in my life. So, hungry for info, I have engaged in a research frenzy. Okay now that I know about it, what can I DO about it? So I have been down a few hundred rabbit holes in the last couple days in an effort to help myself because I live on an island in Alaska, and that’s what we do. Well, when I start reading about Tai Chi, chakras, energies, and other things I know, as a Catholic, I shouldn’t be doing (because I follow Monsignor Rossetti, a well known exorcist)… I can’t help but wonder, what do I DO? Your site gave me some ideas. So thank you! You should publish a workbook for Catholics (that I’m sure would appeal to other Christians), maybe titled, The Catholic’s Guide to Resetting the Nervous System and Healing Your Injured Mind, Body & Spirit Using A Faith Based Approach and Proven Research-Based Strategies.
