You may not be able to calm every storm—but you can learn to find peace in the middle of one.

Anxiety can leave us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and far from the peace God desires for us. *Peace in the Storm* is a half-day Catholic mental health retreat integrating the wisdom of our faith with practical tools from psychology.

Come learn how to better understand anxiety, respond to it with greater compassion and confidence, and grow in resilience, peace, and trust in God—even when life still feels uncertain.

Saturday, November 14 | 9 AM–1 PM
St. Peter Claver Parish Hall
5649 Pittman St., Simi Valley, CA 93063

Have you ever felt guilty for setting boundaries with family?

For many first- and second-generation children of immigrants, setting boundaries can feel like letting someone down.

You may deeply value family, loyalty, and connection while also wanting space to grow into your own person. Holding both can be difficult—and sometimes lonely.

The Space Between is a 10-week virtual psychotherapy group for young adults (18–35) exploring the intersection of cultural identity, family expectations, guilt, people-pleasing, and healthy boundaries across a multitude of areas.
